Our mission is to provide the right services at the right time, in the right setting. Each lifestyle option empowers seniors and their families to navigate their own futures, providing help and support that evolves as they do.
Independent Living
Residential living is commonly referred to as “independent living.” This EveryAge lifestyle means a resident lives in their own residential home and services like housekeeping and meal delivery are available. Our residents enjoy a purposeful lifestyle through volunteer work both on and off campus with the interest to give back to all ages. Medical care through a health care unit, out-patient therapy, or personal care with home care offers peace of mind and the option to age in place. The Everyage lifestyle means enjoying the benefits of retirement living, with a safety net of health services and numerous amenities on site.
Assisted Living
Assisted living provides a more supportive lifestyle when a resident is seeking assistance with daily activities such as bathing, getting to and from meals, dressing or taking medications. The resident benefits from a more structured setting while retaining a private accomodation and continues to live as independent as possible. Assisted living is part of the EveryAge lifestyle safety net of services that allows a resident to age in place and continue to be with their friends and loved ones. Many residents continue enjoying all the amenities a campus offers while in assisted living.
Memory Care
Memory care is for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia related conditions. This level of service offers 24-hour care in a secure unit with staff who have specialized training, and offers memory enhancing therapies and activities. Activities are driven by the cognitive needs of residents. Daily activities are designed to engage residents and prevent self-isolation.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing provides 24-hour care under the direction of an inter-disciplinary team and includes nursing care for medical monitoring and medication management. This level of care includes short-term rehabilitation or long-term care. Short-term rehabilitation supports those who are recovering from an accident, illness or surgery and needs continued nursing and therapy services prior to returning home. Long-term care is supportive in nature, for those who need assistance with activities of daily living.
Rehabilitation
Short-term rehabilitation services are available for individuals recovering from surgery, illness or injury, including joint replacement, recovery form fractures, strokes, surgeries or other medical conditions. Nursing, social work, nutrition work with physical, occupational and speech therapies to develop a plan of treatment to meets the needs of the individual.
Health Care
Health care encompasses campus services where a licensed professional is providing care such as a nurse or therapist under the direction of a physician. These services may be rendered in a 24-hour facility like the health care center or a medical clinic. Assisted living and memory care units fall under this category.
Home Care
Home care services provides support to an individual with daily tasks. These services are rendered within a residence and allows an individual to age in place. Typical tasks include meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, errands, companion services, well care visits. These services can be provided without a physician’s order, for a few hours a day or 24 hours a day.
Child Care
Children ages birth through five are eligible to receive services through Child care. Learning through play, exploration and creative processes is designed to nurture and inspire them. the intent is to provide a safe and enriching environment that supports the formation of a positive and confident self-image. the center and its teachers, are an incubator for the growth and learning of children.
